Enrolling is straightforward — simply visit our Courses page, select the programme that suits your goals, and click the Enrol Now button. You will be guided through creating your learner account and completing the registration steps. Once registered, you will receive immediate access to your course dashboard and all learning materials.

Entry requirements vary depending on the course level. Most of our introductory and intermediate programmes are open to anyone with a Matric certificate or equivalent, while advanced professional programmes may require relevant work experience or prior qualifications. Full entry requirements are listed on each individual course page — we encourage you to review these before enrolling to ensure the best learning experience.

Our online platform is fully accessible internationally, and course content is designed to be universally applicable, with specific relevance to South African and African professional contexts. Courses & Learning

All fadewa courses are delivered entirely online through our purpose-built learning management system. Course duration ranges from four weeks for short skills programmes to six months for comprehensive professional qualifications. Each course page specifies the estimated completion time based on a recommended study load of approximately five to eight hours per week. Since our courses are self-paced, highly motivated learners often complete courses faster, while others who prefer a slower approach have extended access periods.

Every programme on the fadewa platform is developed and facilitated by credentialed industry experts and experienced educators. Our academic team carefully vets all course facilitators to ensure they combine deep subject-matter expertise with proven ability to teach effectively in an online environment. This ensures you receive instruction that is both academically rigorous and practically relevant to the South African professional landscape.

Payment & Fees

We accept a range of secure payment options suited to South African learners, including major credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), EFT bank transfers, and popular South African payment gateways. All transactions are processed securely and in South African Rand (ZAR) where applicable. Instalment payment plans are available on selected programmes — details are shown during checkout.

fadewa offers a seven-day cooling-off period from the date of enrolment, during which you may request a full refund if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course material. After this period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances. We encourage prospective learners to review all course details carefully before enrolling, and our team is happy to answer any questions beforehand via our Contact page.

Certificates & Recognition

Yes — every learner who successfully completes all course requirements and achieves the required pass mark will receive a digital certificate of completion from fadewa. These certificates are issued in PDF format and can be downloaded from your learner dashboard at any time. Selected programmes also offer verifiable digital badges that can be shared with employers to demonstrate your achievement.

Our certificates are recognised by a growing number of South African employers as evidence of professional development and skills acquisition. While SETA or SAQA accreditation varies by programme, all fadewa courses are developed to industry-relevant standards. We clearly indicate the accreditation status of each programme on the course page, so you can make an informed decision aligned with your career goals.

Technical & Platform

Our platform is designed to work on any modern device — desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. We understand that internet connectivity can be a challenge in parts of South Africa, so we have optimised our course content for lower-bandwidth environments. Certain video lessons can also be downloaded for offline viewing when you have a data connection, allowing you to study even when connectivity is limited.

fadewa provides dedicated learner support through multiple channels.
